The KAP Process
  Step 1. Initial Consultation- Meet with a KAP representative to discuss your wants and needs, and to go over the scope of the project.
  Step 2. Preliminary Design-After determining the scope of the project, you will be given a design proposal, outlining the details of your project.
  Step 3. Finalize the Design Concepts- Once the outline of your project is approved, we can put together a scope of work to be done, and we can put together a detailed set of specifications and parameters for the project.
  Step 4. Cost Analysis- Once the specifications are approved, we can put together the budget for your project.
  Step 5. Project Design- Once the budget is approved, KAP will put together all the necessary architectural drawings, including detailed Kitchen and Bath designs for your approval. When this is approved, we will obtain all the necessary permits and applications to get your project started.
  Step 6. Pre-Construction Meeting- Upon finalization of the architectural plans, a final review of specifications and selections will take place. This is to ensure that the final scope of work is exactly what you are looking for.
  Step 7. Construction- Your project starts. Your KAP representative is available to go over the scheduling process and the progress of your project.
  Step 8. Completion-KAP obtains whatever completion certificates are necessary for your C/O.
